Terence K. Flynn started with Professional Benefit Consultants in 2001 as Senior Account Executive. Mr. Flynn has
over 10 years experience servicing some of the largest employers in Southern New Jersey. Prior to Professional
Benefit Consultants, Mr. Flynn was a marketing manager for AtlantiCare Health Plans where his responsibilities
included marketing and servicing large group accounts including: The Trump Organization, Bally's Casino
Corporation, Sands Casino, Absecon Mills, Lenox China, various municipalities including The Cities of Atlantic City,
Margate, Ventnor, Ocean City and The Atlantic County School Health Insurance Fund.
Since joining the PBC team along with his various corporate clients, Mr. Flynn is the Insurance Consultant for the
City of Atlantic City, Atlantic City Board of Education, the City of Margate, the City of Somers Point and the City of Egg
Harbor City. This unique background of working on both the carrier side (AtlantiCare) and as an independent
consultant gives Mr. Flynn unmatched experience in servicing large group benefits of Atlantic County.

Prudential Insurance where he was a top producer and started building his reputation as an agent who would go the
extra mile to make sure the needs of his clients were met.
In 1994 Mr. Conover joined Pashley Financial Services where he helped grow the benefits business by 400%.
Mr. Conover joined PBC as the Managing Partner in 1999. PBC has since grown into one of South Jersey’s premier
agencies in both corporate and individual benefits. PBC’s book of business has grown to include some of the
largest and most well respected companies and municipalities in our region; while maintaining our excellent service
reputation with our small business and individual clients.

Alicia "Ali" Marenco has been employed with Professional Benefits Consultants (PBC) since 2006. Ali has several
Associates degrees in the field of Science, Liberal Arts option in B.A., as well as an Associates in Business
Administration. She also completed her Bachelors degree from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey
majoring in the studies of Business Management.
Ali's tasks include meeting with clients, servicing accounts, negotiating claims and processing eligibility enrollments
and deletions. Ali's excellent customer service skills are one of the main reasons PBC maintains a 99% retention
rate. She is a very dedicated worker and is a great asset to PBC.

Insurance Company. In the 18 years Betty spent moving up the ladder at Prudential, She received many accolades
and awards for her customer service skills and work ethic.
In 1992 Betty was recruited by Carl Jacobs Insurance and became a member of the Insurance Agencies Inc. family.
Betty has since been an excellent and dedicated employee of Insurance Agencies, Inc. and Professional Benefit
Consultants.
Betty has serviced her clients with honesty and integrity and has earned the respect of both her clients and the
insurance community; which has helped PBC achieve our excellent retention rate.
Betty is highly skilled in handling the issues that face our client's everyday in the world of group benefits. That along
with her inherent want to help people and her caring manner makes Betty Dilks a very valuable member of the PBC
